Meet Liz Wilde

I am a London based life coach and graduate of Coach University, the largest life coach training organisation in the world. I am also a member of Coachville Coach Training and The International Coaching Federation, the regulatory body of international coaches.

Although the majority of my life coaching clients are based in the UK, I also have international clients in Spain, Italy, America and Australia.

I am a best selling author of sixteen beauty, health and wellbeing books which have been published in six countries, and one life coaching book ‘Unlock Your Potential’ published by Ryland, Peters & Small.
